Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater, a national center for the production, presentation, development, and study of American Theater, seeks professional and enthusiastic candidates for a part-time Inbound Sales Associate position.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming box office calls for ticket orders; convey general information about Arena's programming to prospective and existing patrons; handle point-of-services sales and will-call; handle ticket exchanges.

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher. If you are currently pursuing a Bachelors degree, you must have completed two years of higher education.  1-2 years of customer services experience, previous box office experience a plus; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; solid computer skills; proven ability to perform well under pressure.  

Work Schedule - Hourly

24 hours weekly on a non-variable schedule. Available work hours are Tuesday - Sunday 12 PM - 8 PM. Must work full weekend days (Saturday & Sunday) and at least 4 hours per scheduled weekday(s).
